※What is Santa Maria colour?
This refers to the deep, vivid blue once seen in aquamarine from the Santa Maria mine in Brazil. Production is now limited, so this beautiful colour is especially rare and highly valued.

If the item is in stock and no resizing is required, it will normally be shipped within 2 weeks. If resizing is needed, or if a new piece is to be made to order, please allow approximately 30 to 50 days. After you place your order, KAJITA will contact you by email with details about the delivery date.

・About wrapping
You can choose between a pouch (free of charge) or a jewellery box (3,500 yen).
In all cases, a ribbon is included. You can choose the ribbon colour from three options (purple and pink, green and pink, green and yellow). If you have a preference, please note it in the remarks field when placing your order. For details, please check here.

Shopping Guide
Flow of delivery
Except for some products, all products are made to order. Please note that it will take about 30 to 50 days for the product to be delivered. Products that are delivered in actual products will usually be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks after purchase.
Regarding shipping and delivery : Shipping is free of charge.
・Ordered items are delivered by Yamato Transport. You can also specify the delivery time, so please write it in the comments section when ordering.
You can choose from the following delivery time slots.
Morning / 2:00pm to 4:00pm / 4:00pm to 6:00pm / 6:00pm to 8:00pm / 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Not available in some areas such as remote islands and mountainous areas.
・Due to traffic conditions or natural disasters, your order may not arrive at the specified time.
-If the product is not received within the delivery company's storage period and is returned to our store, we will charge you cash on delivery when we reship the product.
・If you are unable to receive your package, please contact us.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
・We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, such as differences in images. Thank you for your understanding.
At KAJITA JEWELLERY SALON in Omotesando, Tokyo, you can try on samples and choose loose stones before placing your order, so please feel free to take advantage of this service. *The stock status of products and loose stones changes daily, so please check with the store directly before visiting.
・We take great care in handling our products, but if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us. We will repair or replace the product free of charge as soon as possible. Please note that products that have been delivered more than one month ago or products that have been damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order (ring size, metal, etc.) after you have placed your order. Please carefully check the order details before placing your order.

We also offer repairs via delivery, but to ensure safe receipt, we would appreciate it if you could contact us before shipping. *Some products, such as and Pearl rings, cannot be resized. Please read the product description when purchasing.
