About ordering

Cancellation Policy

- Once an order has been officially placed, it cannot be cancelled, so please check before placing your order.

Payment

・Payment by credit card or bank transfer is available.
・All product prices include consumption tax.
- The date and time of withdrawal will vary depending on the closing date and contract terms of your credit card, so please contact your credit card company directly.
・Please note that credit cards issued overseas cannot be used.

About product delivery

・For made-to-order products, it will take about 30 to 45 days for delivery. Please note that it may take some time because KAJITA products are handmade by craftsmen after receiving your order.
-If you are in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order.
We will contact you at the time of receiving your order to inform you of the expected delivery date.
・For immediate delivery items, we will usually ship within 7 business days from the date of order. *This does not include cases where confirmation is required for the order details, etc.
・Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
-Delivery is free of charge.

Regarding delivery date and time specification

・Depending on the weather and operational conditions, we may not be able to accommodate your desired date and time.
-If you would like to know the status of your order after it has been shipped, please contact Yamato Transport directly once you have received the shipping completion email.
- Ordered items will be shipped after completion, so delivery dates cannot be specified in advance.

About product returns and exchanges

- Once an order has been officially placed, products cannot be returned or exchanged, so please check before placing your order.
- We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product you receive is different from your order or is defective, we will promptly exchange or refund the product.
Please check the product upon arrival, and if there is a problem, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
・The cooling off period is a system that applies to door-to-door sales. Please note that the cooling off period does not apply to EC sites, as customers make purchases of their own volition.
・If you need to return the product, please use the return kit we will send you. When returning the product, please be sure to attach the delivery note included with the product.
・We will process your refund once we receive the returned item.
・Refunds will be processed via your credit card company. Please note that depending on the card company's closing date, the payment may not be processed until the following month.

About after-sales service

・Jewelry purchased from our company can be cleaned free of charge at any time. Please contact us in advance and either mail it or bring it to our salon.
・We will provide free repairs for one year from the date of purchase. Please contact us in advance and send the product by mail or bring it to our salon.

Free gift wrapping service

・We offer free gift wrapping with a ribbon on the jewelry box. If you would like this service, please enter your request in the comments section when placing your order.
・We usually deliver our products in a jewelry box, but if you would like to use eco-wrapping, we can deliver them in a pouch. Please also enter your request in the comments section when placing your order.
・For gift deliveries, the usual invoice will not be enclosed, so please rest assured. Please also enter this in the comments section when placing your order.
・If the delivery address is different from the person placing the order, please enter the address of the desired delivery destination.
