At KAJITA, jewelry under 300,000 yen (including tax) is delivered in a pouch.

If you wish to have your delivery as a special commemoration or gift, it can also be placed in a paid jewelry box. The ribbon is <Please choose from the three colors: Purple-Pink, Green-Pink, Green-Yellow.

• For some products (such as Undeux, certain diamond hoop earrings, and Large Ar rings), you will not be able to choose a jewelry box due to design reasons.

・We do not accept purchases of the jewelry box alone.

Shopping Guide

Flow of delivery

Except for some products, all products are made to order. Please note that it will take about 30 to 50 days for the product to be delivered. Products that are delivered in actual products will usually be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks after purchase.


Regarding shipping and delivery : Shipping is free of charge.
・Ordered items are delivered by Yamato Transport. You can also specify the delivery time, so please write it in the comments section when ordering.
You can choose from the following delivery time slots.
Morning / 2:00pm to 4:00pm / 4:00pm to 6:00pm / 6:00pm to 8:00pm / 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Not available in some areas such as remote islands and mountainous areas.
・Due to traffic conditions or natural disasters, your order may not arrive at the specified time.
-If the product is not received within the delivery company's storage period and is returned to our store, we will charge you cash on delivery when we reship the product.
・If you are unable to receive your package, please contact us.


Returns, exchanges and cancellations

・We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, such as differences in images. Thank you for your understanding.
At KAJITA JEWELLERY SALON in Omotesando, Tokyo, you can try on samples and choose loose stones before placing your order, so please feel free to take advantage of this service. *The stock status of products and loose stones changes daily, so please check with the store directly before visiting.

・We take great care in handling our products, but if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us. We will repair or replace the product free of charge as soon as possible. Please note that products that have been delivered more than one month ago or products that have been damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order (ring size, metal, etc.) after you have placed your order. Please carefully check the order details before placing your order.
*We can resize your ring after delivery, but this will incur a fee. Please feel free to contact us. (Some products, such as and Pearl rings, cannot be resized. Please read the product description when purchasing.)
